Introduction
OutcomeOps LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at outcomeops.ai (the "Site") and when you use the OutcomeOps platform (the "Platform").
OutcomeOps Platform — Self-Hosted Architecture
The OutcomeOps Platform is deployed entirely within the customer's own AWS account. OutcomeOps LLC does not host, store, access, or process any customer data, code, or user information generated through use of the Platform. All data ingested by the Platform — including Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), code-maps, source code, and any integrations — remains exclusively within the customer's own infrastructure.
Because the Platform runs entirely within your AWS environment, your organization's existing data governance, security policies, and access controls apply. OutcomeOps LLC has no access to your Platform instance or any data processed by it.

LinkedIn API Data
The OutcomeOps Platform may integrate with LinkedIn's APIs, including the LinkedIn Community Management API, to enable customers to manage their LinkedIn presence as part of their workflow. The following describes how LinkedIn data is handled:
Data Collected from LinkedIn
When a customer authorizes the LinkedIn integration, the Platform may access:
- LinkedIn profile information (name, headline, profile picture) of the authorizing user
- Organization page data for pages the user administers
- Post and content engagement metrics
- Comments and interactions on managed posts
How LinkedIn Data Is Processed
- Self-hosted processing: All LinkedIn data is processed and stored exclusively within the customer's own AWS account. OutcomeOps LLC does not receive, store, or have access to any LinkedIn data.
- Purpose limitation: LinkedIn data is used solely to enable customers to manage their LinkedIn community presence, publish content, and view engagement analytics within the Platform.
- No selling of data: LinkedIn data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties by OutcomeOps LLC. Since the data resides in the customer's own infrastructure, the customer controls all access and sharing.
- No advertising use: LinkedIn data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the functionality requested by the customer.
LinkedIn Data Retention and Deletion
Because all LinkedIn data resides within the customer's own AWS account, data retention and deletion are governed by the customer's own policies and infrastructure controls. Customers may delete LinkedIn data at any time by removing it from their own systems. Revoking the LinkedIn authorization will stop the Platform from accessing any further LinkedIn data.
LinkedIn User Rights
LinkedIn members whose data may be accessed through the Platform can exercise their rights by:
- Revoking the application's access through their LinkedIn account settings
- Contacting the organization that authorized the integration to request data access, correction, or deletion
- Contacting us at privacy@outcomeops.ai with any questions about how the integration works

- Service providers: Third parties that help us operate our business (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery)
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not share, sell, or transfer any data from the self-hosted OutcomeOps Platform, as we do not have access to that data.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data collected through the Site against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
For the self-hosted Platform, security is managed by the customer's own AWS infrastructure, including encryption at rest (AWS KMS), encryption in transit (TLS), and IAM-based access controls.
Data Retention
We retain personal information collected via the Site only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Data processed by the self-hosted Platform is retained according to the customer's own data retention policies within their AWS environment.
